automatic relisting problem

Is anyone else having issues with the automatic relisting feature? I was getting up to 8 free relistings if an item didn't sell and it vanished around 3 weeks back. I contacted customer service a few times, including today and all I get is "it's an IT issue and will be resolved soon". They don't give me updates and nothing is fixed

Did you recently switch to the advance/business listing form?  I believe the 8 free relists are a feature of the Quick Listing Tool, and for those recently returning sellers who haven;t list for a long time.
