ebay has opted sellers into auto-pay to try and decrease the number of unpaid transactions. Sellers can opt out of this. I opted out because I want to encourage my buyers to make multiple purchases because I give a discount for combined shipping. You can encourage your sellers to opt out if you wish to make multiple purchases. Buyers can change their auto-pay method within 1 hour of the end of the transaction.
