I sold sneakers that must go through the Authentication process. Who sends the buyer invoice, me or eBay? I tried to send an invoice but there was no option to make it go through.

No invoice should be needed - eBay sent a 'you won' message at the end of the auction that includes a pay now link.

No communication is allowed between buyer and seller on items to be authenticated, which would include invoices.

You are correct. I couldn't wait any longer for an answer, so I called eBay for instruction, and they basically said the same thing. They said to tell the winner she should go to her cart and pay for the item and no invoice is needed. She did, and I got paid. Hopefully the rest of the process will go as well.  Thank you for your response!  Christy
