authentic guarantee question

i purchased a tiffany double heart gold necklace. on the listing it had ebay’s authentic guarantee check. but in the tracking it doesn’t show it first went to an authenticator and it didn’t come with a paper or something indicating authenticity had been verified. and it’s impossible to contact ebay

eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. But you can have eBay call YOU, here

You could also open a return request for Doesn't match photos or description, since the description included Authenticity Guarantee.
