OK so I advertise an auction item to start at £1 listing it for 7 days with a reserve of £40.
My listing is free but I see a charge of £3.75 from Ebay.
My question is, if it remains unsold but I have an offer less than the reserve am I still charged £3.75 by Ebay?
I can never understand my statements from Ebay, never in plain English.
