buyer sent me a nasty note in an empty box, same buyer initially said they did not receive the item

Ebay refunded the buyer and I am trying to upload photos an appeal but cannot it has not been 30 days

Got scammed and seems Ebay doesn't care

What can I do cannot even call and speak to a representative

The buyer thought that you scammed him. So, in that belief, he turned the scam back around on you by returning the same thing you sent him, i.e., nothing. I'm not saying that I believe you pulled the zip code scam on him, I'm saying that the buyer believes it.

No Buyer scammed me, said they never got the part or even a box. Didn't work when we proved delivery. Then two weeks later did the item not as described approach and Ebay issued a refund.

Trying to appeal the decision as I have the empty box with a nasty note pics but cannot seem to complete the form. Hence why I came in here ... for help[.

I have close to 3000 successful transactions, sad when someone buys on EBay and pulls this on honest sellers.
