A buyer made an offer for my item, I accepted it and now the buyer has asked if he can cancel because this item is too expensive to collect. I said yes, but ebay has said he is too late to cancel , ask the seller to cancel. I have been told by the ebay system that I can't
It wasn't a fixed bid, it was an offer. Any ideas on how to move forward with this?
Go to the transaction in your sold item. From the drop down list select Cancel and see if you can do it by going that direction.
