a customer bought an item and then emailed me that she moved and hadn't updated her address yet, can I change it on my end? I went in and changed it but when I printed it out the old address was on, I didn't think to check before I printed because I was sure it was changed. What are my options? To make a label and send it and pay the shipping again, or is there a way for me to still use the eBay printed label? Thank you!

Sellers cannot change the address. Void the label. Then you will need to cancel the transaction due to buyer's address. They will have to repurchase the item and input the correct address at checkout. Let the buyer know what you are doing. This is the only way to do it.

First you should not be editing the address as that voids you ebay protection. Best to cancel the transaction for an address problem and let the buyer repurchase with the correct address.
