adding a subscription

Good Day! I have an ebay account and I want to create a store.  When I go to the subscription page, I get this error message: You do not have a valid payment method on file. Please add a valid payment method before choosing your subscription. Add Payment Method

I have two payment methods listed. When I look at my account it lists "individual" with no EDIT button to change the account.

Any suggestions?

You're a brand new member. New sellers are subject to listing limits, so it makes no sense to open a store until you establish yourself and your limits are lifted. It's not necessary to have a store in order to list items.

The first thing you should to is register is a seller. See this link:
