My offer was accepted by the seller and I was automatically charged $23.5 ($15 + $8.5 shipping) for an item. Today, I found the item was shipped via UPS at $ 19.49. Why is the money different? Thanks for your reply in advance.
Most likely the seller made some error in setting up the listing (most likely got the weight or size of the package wrong). You are not responsible for the difference.
