Recently we got a Restriction from eBay saying that they "restricted your account because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community" and all we had to do was to "Contact us from the email address associated with your previous eBay account to resolve any open issues"
After we contacted them from the companies old account "BoltonTools" made years ago, we were told we are able to close the account and get it the issue fixed. then we got a notice saying that we can continue to sell only on the old account and our current account will be restricted from selling.
we sell commercial & Industrial tools, we got a notice a week before the restriction saying our listing has been taken down because "listing didn't follow our Encouraging illegal activity policy" and that we listed
("an item used to manufacture pills", "a pill press", "powder used in pill pressing" etc.)
the item was just a industrial mixer. screenshots have been provided to provide more context.
any tips on how to address this issue, we keep getting non-US based reps that keep giving us cookie cutter answers.
