account reinstated

hello my account is reinstated and ebay is telling me to verify my identity but i go on the messages tab and i already tried but it failed and  now i cant verify  it anymore because all it says is “thanks we’re verifying your updated information” for the past 3 days

Make sure the ebay registered name is EXACTLY identical to the name on your checking account, including middle initial or middle name.

Make sure you also register a physical street address, no P.O. Boxes. That can be changed later if needed.
