It seems that there is often a promotion free insertion allowance for an extra 100 listings. I have taken advantage of several. A new one has just appeared for zero insertion fee, which I accepted. Unlike previous times, however, when I try to list, the fee still shows 0.30 instead of 0.00 as I would expect. Should I just wait a little longer for information to change? Any ideas?
