eBay shows that this Seller is registered on the eBay U.S. site from China. It appears they ship their items from New Jersey. They do have a few negative and a few neutral reviews, but also many positives.

This is no reflection on this Seller in particular, but when you buy something from a Seller from another country but the item ships from a U.S. address, if they are any issues and you need to return your purchase, the return should go back to the U.S. address.

Very few users regularly read or can respond here, so your best bet is to take a look at that seller's feedback page to see what kind of feedback has been received for recent and past sales.

You can avoid many issues by choosing to only do business with sellers that have a proven track record of delivering what was sold and that have sold similar sorts of items before. Avoid new or unproven sellers, sellers with a pattern of serious negative feedback, or sellers that have drastically changed behavior or that have unexplained gaps in selling feedback.
