and ZOSI Security Camera Cable 150ft BNC Power Video Wire Extension Cord for CCTV and I left feedback after I tried both products. I downloaded the AVSS for my PC, used it and soon had odd "popups" occur. I had a problem with setting up user accounts on my DVR, chatted with support (was kind of difficult). Friendly and helpful and asked me to leave feedback (again) for product and mention the name of support agent to help their status for customer support with their company for review or whatnot and then I realized I was leaving feedback to a different model DVR even after they requested me to send pic of the QR scan sticker on my DVR at the beginning of the support chat. I left feedback for the extension cables a few weeks ago as well and received a "feedback request" from ZOSI 2 days ago. I saw that one other person had the same problem with leaving second feedback but my main concern is the "POPUPS" that occurred immediately after installing and using the AVSS for PC. Any information or tips will be greatly appreciated.
