I am selling in usa ebay.com, but when i click on payments it says (Your payment information is not available on international eBay sites. To view and update this information, please go to payment on Gbsite.

why it is happening?

It sounds like you are signed into a different (international) Ebay site and not the US site ebay.com. This can happen if you look at a listing from a different international site.

Sigh off, clear your cookies and cache, sign back in and make sure you are on ebay.com.
