When I try to checkout, all I get is- You don't have permission to access "http://pay.ebay.com/rxo?" on this server.

Any thoughts?

I don't think that is a legit Ebay address at all, so good thing you couldn't access it.

Go to this link, find your item in your purchases and then click on the option to pay the purchase.
