I want to cancel an order because it is being shipped to the wrong address. i placed the order ten minutes ago so there's no way it's shipped yet. When i go to cancel my order it says, "

You cannot cancel this order. It's too early to cancel this order, please try again later.You cannot cancel this order. It's too early to cancel this order, please try again later."

what is the meaning of this?

@de_7299   Contact the seller right away and ask them to cancel the sale from their end as problem with buyers address.    A buyer can only REQUEST to cancel, the seller has to approve it.  

The seller is required to ship to the address you provided at checkout. Contact the seller and ask if they will please cancel the sale as problem with buyers address if they have not shipped yet.

The seller is not required to cancel for you so be sure to ask nicely and as soon as possible.

If the seller does agree then they cancel the sale, refund you, relist the item so you can buy again and put in the correct address at checkout.

This is a problem that should not have happened.  @comics-scifi-collectibles gave you great advice.  We are bringing this to Ebay's attention as it is certainly an issue that needs to be fixed.  I'm sorry you ran into this problem, but your seller should take good care of you.
