Hello,
I have a problem on one of my items. It sold to a costumer in Germany, but that customer only paid 5.25€ when my shipping policy said that shipping to Germany costs 10.58€.
What may be the problem here and how can I resolve it ? By the way 5.25€ is the shipping costs I set up for shipping to Netherlands.
