I sold an item, I did have 3 colors to choose from but only one color left. A buyer bought it & when it arrived, they said it was the wrong color. I checked my page of the sale & the color I sent was the color that showed up on my seller page.
Buyer insisted that I sent the wrong color & on the buyers page it listed another color than the one they got.
I did see that page & it did show another color from what I had.
I told buyer I would refund when it was sent back, but not the shipping price.
Ebay refuned both shipping price & item price after I told ebay about the problem.
Now I'm unable to contact ebay

The buyer has eBay's Money Back Guarantee for item not as described. The seller should respond with a prepaid return shipping label and once item is received back, issue a full refund including shipping. Since you did not resolve the issue, eBay allowed the buyer to keep the item and get a refund. This happens when a seller has a No Return Policy or seller did not resolve the issue as stated. Calling eBay will not change the outcome. eBay rules in favor of the buyer with these disputes.
