In my account settings the location/ language is set to Belgium(Dutch) but all communication I receive from Ebay is in French. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

This is a volunteer board on eBay.com the US site.
You can do what I do when viewing sites in other languages and use Right Click on your mouse when using Chrome and select translate. Or copy and past the message into google translate.

That's interesting considering Belgium recognizes 3 official languages, Dutch, French, German. Try switching to German and see what happens, that's what I would do just to test thing out.

They are registered on the Belgium site, not the UK site. This is the link I provided for the Belgium community> https://community-benl.ebay.be/
When you log in to the Belgium site you can choose between French and Nederland's ( Dutch) Not sure why eBay only allows two languages but it's an easy fix with a browser plugin.

Ah, my bad, thanks for pointing that out!
I just followed the "ask the community" button in the app. Guess that it only points to the US forum, instead of being region specific 🤔. Will take my question over there!
