I received the wrong item and I would really like the original but it seems eBay has no real customer service so idk what to do if anyone can help me that would be cool but the seller won't contact me back and I feel like I have to eat the money I lost from this transaction

It is best to return the wrong item for a refund, then buy the correct item.
Go to your purchase history and click return this item. Then click show more under the list of reasons so you can select 'doesn't match description'.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or issue a refund. If he doesn't send a label or says he can’t send a label, go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'.

You don't need to eat any money if you use eBay Money Back Guarantee within the timeline.
No need to contact the seller either, just go to your Purchase History and open a Return Request and select "Wrong item sent" or "not as described" as the reason.
The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return label or refund.
After that you can ask eBay to step in and resolve it.
Watch the case timelines closely and do not let it expire or time out.
