Wrong delivery

Hi. 
Dealing a dispute due to an item

delivered far far away from the provided address. 
Seller states he can prove doing things the right way. But USPS delivered to another zip. 
I.e. I provided zip 33195 but USPS delivered to zip 33106 

I expect eBay help regarding this issue because seller refuses.
