Wrong Tracking Number Entered!!

I put the wrong tracking number on a sold item and it won't allow me to edit or erase! I had 2 sold items on the same receipt for 2 different buyers. Now it won't allow me to put that same number on the correct buyer because it says that number has has ready been used now. Please advise me on a fix to make the corrections! Thanks much

@thecardcollector614   Unfortunately there's no way to fix this since the tracking number is already in use and the system doesn't allow you to remove tracking numbers.

I recommend reaching out to your buyers and apologizing for the mistake and provide the correct tracking numbers for each buyer so they can watch the items.

Did you know that if you buy the shipping labels on eBay it's less than at the post office?  If you don't have a printer you can select the QR code option and the post office prints the label for you.
