Hello. Ive received an email in Spanish, regarding a listing.
I responded in English. My account should be in English.
After responding, my account transitioned and locked into Spainish.
When attempting to update my Name and address, the "region" was greyed out. Unresponsive.
I guess I should double check the rest of the information.
Can someone advise me on how to fix this language or region on my account..., in Spanish and English? : ) Ebay directed me to this public forum... why would it be easy to get direct support.
