Have purchased numerous books from this site lately - World of Books USA
However books are not arriving,
The Tracking system is not working it seems.
They refund ok, but it's like sorry goodbye.
At the same time, the same book still appears on their website.

Yes, I agree somewhat. However, it seems that often purchases are hesitant to reply on the company website. Also, in my case, when it happens, they immediately refund and mark it as closed. Hence, the ability to leave a review is closed.
Foot Note; Since posting initially, failure to send my books and refund has happened on 4 further occasions.

I assure you that there is no shortage of relevant negative feedback already on the seller's feedback page. The solution here has less to do with leaving negative feedback once an unsatisfactory transaction is over, and much more to do with reading the existing feedback prior to entering into a transaction and using that feedback to help you to avoid an unsatisfactory transaction in the first place.
Adding your own negative feedback is unlikely to change the situation at this point, but you can attempt to do so here:
