Check to see whether you purchased 2 shipping labels. If you DID ... then cancel the one you didn't use. You'll be refunded by USPS in 2-4 weeks.
If you did NOT purchase 2 shipping labels ... then the double-charge is an illusion. One of them is a temporary hold on your funds that will go away soon. [MANY members come here thinking they've been double-charged for postage or purchases ... and they really weren't.]
