Why isn't the Buy Now button visible in my listing?

I have a posting that is in Auction with a Buy Now Price.  There has been 1 bid.  In my account I see the Buy Now Price, but for some reason it is not showing up in the Public Listing.   I have a customer that would like to Buy it Now, but since the button isn't available he can't.   Does anyone know how I can resolve this?  The Price portion of my listing is Locked, so I'm unable to go in and try to Re-Submit the Buy it now price.....

The buy it now option goes away as soon as there is a bid.  Invite your interested buyer to bid.

You might want to check, but I think diapers are still on the banned list.

In the vast majority of cases the Buy It Now option ends with the first bid.  Apparently your listing doesn't fall into the vast minority of situations covered by one of the two exceptions.

If you cancel the bid the BIN might come back (at least it used to) but you will be losing a prospective buyer (now and likely in the future) with no guarantee that the offeror will follow through with his/her plans (which could well be to scam you--be very wary of anyone asking you to answer questions outside of the eBay messaging--e.g. by text or phone call or email--or to throw in a gift card to the package which s/he will of course "pay" for--e.g. it will say it's paid in the fake payment message s/he sends to the email/phone # you let him/her have by replying outside the eBay message system).
