Why is there no way to cancel a sale when a buyer has won an auction and never paid??? That is **bleep**

I feel as though everyone needs to know that this person is a risk..no one knows but me..there is nothing in ebay's rules that say "due to non paying bidder" you may cancel this sale. I have to lie and say the item is lost or some phony excuse..it's all a bunch of hooey!

That's because you didn't wait the required 4 days.  On day 5, the option to cancel for non-payment becomes available.  This records the unpaid item on the buyer's account, plus protects you from negative feedback.

If you select 'I am out of stock/the item is lost or broken', you are putting defects on your account for seller cancellations.
