Why hasn't eBay stopped all sales from Russia ?

What is the policy within eBay regarding sellers in Russia? Will they continue to be allowed to list items or are they banned by international sanctions?

At the moment, there are no international sanctions preventing sellers in Russia from listing items on eBay. Buyers of course can choose not to buy if that is their wish.
