This shipper ships a ?jewelry box? that arrived in pieces. The bottom was never glued or tacked and the felt was just pushed into locations. Ebay then send me a email link after the seller says I can return the item. However, the shipping label will not load or print, and the QR code does the same. Both Safari and Chrome browsers hang with a spinning blue circle. However, Ebay started a clock that says I must ship back the item and its going to expire. Do I go to my credit card company and refute the charge. I have sent the seller photos to show the items is in pieces and they say return it. However, without a shipping label, I don't even have a valid address to ship it. I now have called Ebay 3x over 5 days. And the reps keep on saying call back again. The automated agent thinks that the item is in the process of being returned and thus can't help me and trying to reach a Ebay person is only after the agent gives up after over 20 - 30 of getting nowhere. It has taken me over 3 hrs just today after not getting a phone call on my cell phone that the caller can hear. And gives up after maybe 12 secs of ringing after I am told 30 - 40 mins wait and return call being almost 1 hour later. Do I just just use my credit card rep and refute the charge?

You can go to your credit card issuer if needed, but once you do, eBay can not help you directly.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
