Why does the new Ebay messaging format not allow me to open my messages?

Since  I opted to go with Ebay's new messaging format, I can't open my messages. How can this problem be resolved?

Are you using a browser or the app?

If the app, is it the latest version? What happens when you tap the message title on the message inbox screen?

Try using a browser, or a different browser. If you are using a desktop browser, you should be able to revert to the "classic" message format using a link on the bottom of the inbox page.

Try viewing your messages on a different page.

If you have messages sent to your email, try reading and responding to messages there.
