Why does ebay protect pcbcomicsandsports?

I have been trying to resolve a long standing issue with pcbcomicsandsports. They sold me a 1955 Bowman Mantle as 'Excellent plus' which  I believed would grade a 6 or 7. I purchased this card for $1700, paid PSA $200 to get it graded and protected. It came back 2.5! I tried to get a refund, they wouldn't even acknowledge an email. I contacted ebay, they were no help.  If you go to their current listings, you can't even ask a question. They put you in a 'loop' where nothing can be resolved.

Anyone else have problems with this company? Does anyone have an actual address for them?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open a case with ebay, after that you're on your own. See if you can do a chargeback with your credit card company.
