Why does eBay not want to help it's users?

I have an auction that I won, and I received the item.  It was not as described, so I put in a return request and it was approved.  I got an email about printing the label, but I click on it and it doesn't load the label at all.  How do I actually get to the label?

I have been searching all over on eBay and all the support pages tell me is that my return is in process, yet I can't actually get to the stupid label to print it.

Why does eBay not actually have any customer support that is willing to help their customers?  Their help pages and chat bot are complete and utter garbage.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the purchase when printing the label. Try using a different browser to rule out a browser issue. If you can download the label but not see it in your browser, try saving the label and opening the label using a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat.

You cannot call eBay directly, but you can request a call back from eBay if you are in the US:

https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

Or you may be able to contact eBay via social media:

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/

If you have a general question that does not involve account details, you can try asking a question here or on one of the other discussion boards. Lots of experienced users can offer advice and suggestions.

Thank you.  Don't know why it was so hard to find.
