Some of my shipments have been delivered well past the scheduled time due to the post office's inability to get my item(s) moving fast enough. I contacted the post office regarding this situation on several items, but there were a few I didn't know were delivered late. Am I suppose to make sure that every package is delivered on time during the strife we are having with Covid-19? eBay didn't remove the request. I don't get it. These buyers left me positive feedback, yet eBay said that it was a bad experience for the buyer. The buyer never complained about his package, or anything of the like, yet eBay said the buyer was somehow unhappy? Who says? They don't know that unless the buyer tells them specifically, but that has not been the case on any of the items that have received defects. I really don't know what to do in this situation. They are lying to my buyers by putting a false defect on my dashboard.
