Ebay does not randomly cancel listings unless there was something specific that was enforceable to take it down. What exactly did the email you got from Ebay say.  Post it here so we can see as there is likely something you overlooked that is very important.

We can't guess at that without either seeing the listing or what the email you received from Ebay said.  There are countless ways to violate policy.

This has nothing to do with what you came here to ask.  But I would suggest that in your listings that you are selling multiple books in that in the description you list the title names completely.
