Why cant sellers be blocked

I have had the worst day. I have tried to report a seller who has sent me now 30 harassing and threatening emails.I tried to block her -still sending them. I   reported her twice to ebay today -still sending harassing and threatening emails. They won't stop- this is the scariest seller I have ever delt with.i posted this morning but of course my post was deleted by Ebay because I mentioned their name. But yet this seller can keep on harassing me with no consilience done to them.I can't believe this.  If anyone has any itea of how I can get her to stop please let me know.

The first thing to do is to stop responding if you haven't already. People who are being ignored usually go find somewhere else to play. Don't read the messages.

If you are receiving threats of personal harm, then you should contact the police.
