Every time I need customer service for the last 6 mo to a year, I haven't been able to get any one to actually call me. The automated system can call my phone and verify my phone number but when I try through the automated assistant, they insist on getting someone to call me and I continue to get emails saying they couldn't reach me. My phone doesn't ring. I did notice something in the chat box that comes up when they ask for your phone number, you have to choose US or Canada and of course I chose US, it doesn't offer me Guam, but when I put my phone number into my personal information it makes me pick Guam and won't use the US option. I need to get this fixed because I have an issue that needs to be fixed now. This is so frustrating; I have always been able to call customer service whenever I needed to and now they only have one option on how to contact them. No longer a phone number to call them. I don't care if I have to wait a hour to talk to someone if I could just get someone on the phone.

@youn-conn. Sorry you're having trouble receiving a call back. Your best options are to ask experienced members here or contact eBay customer service on social media.
Social media agents are more experienced than the call center agents.
Contact eBay customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

I had no idea that social media was an option for customer service on Ebay! I have always called from Ebay website. And what do you mean ask experienced member here? Do I have to do something special to get a specific person? That's probably a silly question but I thought I was getting anybody that could help the way I sent the message out. I've never used this forum before so I'm kinda lost. 😞

And what do you mean ask experienced member here?
This is the Ask a Member forum. The sellers and buyers have years of experience using ebay, and have been invited by ebay to volunteer their time helping members use the platform. You just post a question, and one of us should be able to reply, depending on who is online at the time.
