I bought an item on the 28 Sept 2022. I have not received it by today, 5 Nov 2022. I have requested a refund on three occasions, from the seller, which has not happened. Each time the seller keeps insisting I wait an additional week for the product to arrive. I am over waiting, I now want my money back.
It has been impossible to get in touch with eBay for support on this matter. I keep getting directed to pages of articles I need to read. Why? Where is the number or direct Australian phone number I can call? Why is it so difficult? Here is the link to the item and buyer in question.

How do I escalate this issue to eBay, or is eBay in the business of enabling people to get away with this kind of behaviour?

For help in Australia, start on the Australian site. Use the Help page, select the "Contact us" link, follow the prompts for your issue and then use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in Australia.

You have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history for that item to start an "item not received" case with eBay.
If the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery in three business days and does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in and provide a refund. You have up to 21 days from the start of the case to request eBay to step in; after that eBay can no longer help.
If you have waited too long for eBay to help, you may still have recourse through PayPal (if you used PayPal) or your payment method. In the US, users have up to six months to pursue a case through most credit card issuers, but rules may vary depending the law in Australia or your credit card terms. Be sure to only pursue one case per transaction at a time or your cases may be dismissed.

YOU could have escalated this problem after 3 days the first time you opened an item not received case.. Do not let the seller string you along .
