Why am I unable to change the payment source for a one time payment?

Is there some sort of glitch going on or something at the moment?

I want to make a payment on my seller account before the automated payment goes through in a couple weeks.  But, when I click paypal and then change payment tab, the paypal window pops up and then closes right away.  Still showing payment method at my bank, while I want to use a credit card.

Tried it on multiple browsers and same thing happens.

Plus my default payment method is selected to the credit card anyway, so I don't know why ebay keeps reverting back to my bank account.

Any idea how to make this work?
