Why am I not allowed to revisit a closed listng?

I sometimes go back to closed listings for guidance in posting new ones. I got a message that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO GO BACK  AND ASK IF THE PARCEL HAD ARRIVED OR ANYTHING, i GUESS. I am always careful not to break any rules. There is confusion now as to what is allowed in the New comments space below feedback.

Where do you get this message?  There should be no reason that you can not view sold listings.

As for the comments below feedback, there are 2 types - the seller can reply, or the buyer can leave a followup comment.

Hi @yo-desert 

Listings are removed from the site after 90 days.  Could that be the reason you can't revisit them?
