Thanks for allowing me this question. I have been told that my defect rate affects my position as a Seller and am currently rated Below Standard for over 95% approval rate? I have wonderful feedback and 1 feedback that was a blatant lie and refused removal which again, affects my rate. However, I'm experiencing as a Buyer a horrible Seller who has sent me a broken item and when I read his or her feedback they have tons of poor feedback so doesn't make sense. Why threaten me for removal and rating me Below Standard for a 95% above approval rate then how can this Seller possibly still be on the platform to continue to do this to people over and over and not removed by now? There are tons of of the same negative experiences as told through continued negative feedback comments? How is that even possible and I don't feel protected as a Buyer much since it's allowed, and I'm stunned as a Seller to receive constant notifications of how awful I am as a Seller and Below Standard, account in jeopardy, etc., etc., when I have glowing feedback shy 2 and 1 again, is just not true, however won't be removed, I've asked? It would be nice to have a fair playing field as all others, and I'm wondering why? Why, I'm singled out and others allowed to continue? Is it personal? I do know a friend of a friend, of a friend, of a friend, so to speak that I was threatened with years ago that supposedly works there? I was told could, and certainly would be used against me, so is this happening? And if so, how do I report that? Who's going to look into my account and explain how I am Below Standard and how I'm rated differently than other Sellers with tons of negative feedback, yet they are still there? There is absolutely no one to turn to? I'm sincere, not complaining. I don't know what to do, as I'm knocking myself out trying to be a good Seller and all I get are negative comments from my platform of how I'm failing, then they threaten to kick me off because of too many returns also as a Buyer? Well if these bad Sellers were really taken down, I wouldn't have to return items or open cases either. On both sides as Buyer and Seller, I'm feeling a little cornered, and finger pointed at?

@tammad_32 Below standard has to do with your seller standards. This has nothing to do with your feedback.
Look at your seller dashboard and see what area you are falling behind in.
https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US
Have had any returns where the buyer asked eBay to step in and help?
Have you canceled any sales as out of stock / damaged?
Seller standards:
If you are below standard it will hurt your placement in best match.
Another thing to keep an eye on is service metrics. As few as 10 not as described cases and you can be charged an extra 5% in fees. Even if you accept the returns. This is a separate from seller standards.
You can see your service metrics here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/service-metrics
Here's the service metrics policy:

Seller rating has nothing to do with feedback. It is all about statistics. Go to your dashboard to see how many defects you have in which categories, so that you know what to try to improve.
Open the monthly breakdown to see when the defects will fall off, and how many items you need to sell to reduce the defect % to get back above standard.
The seller that has more negative probably has many many more positives, too. But - feedback is not the issue.
