I listed and SOLD an item with the listing CLEARLY STATING I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!!!
I even chose the OPTION FROM EBAY TO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!!!
Why does ebay allow buyers to ask for returns when I, the seller, clearly do NOT ACCEPT THEM?
People should not even be given the option to return something when the seller select the NO RETURNS OPTION!!!
When will ebay fix this?

Hi @thejoekewl
Have you never clicked on the See details link next to your 'Seller does not accept returns' policy? Here's what it says:
>> Refer to eBay Return policy for more details. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if you receive an item that is not as described in the listing. <<
Buyers are always allowed to request a refund IF they claim an item is 'not as described' in some way. The seller only decides whether or not it is cost effective to request the item be returned before issuing the refund ... because the seller is responsible for paying the return shipping cost upfront.
If the seller does nothing before the buyer asks eBay to step in ... eBay will refund the buyer (with seller's money) and tell them they can keep the item.
A seller's 'no return' policy only applies when a buyer admits to having buyer's remorse.
It sounds like you need to refresh your memory on eBay Return policy, as well as eBay Money Back Guarantee.

What reason did the buyer select for the reason for the return, that decides if you accept returns or not.

The buyer is claiming that the product he ordered does not fit his car.
How am I responsible for him not researching if the product he bought does not fit his car?
The item was well described, with an OEM part number and numerous pictures...
