Why I can't reply posts in the community if I can help

I can help reply members on this community but I do not think I am allowed to reply or comment on a post, I think I can help

You should be able to post replies to most discussion boards, other than some of the specialized groups that require you to join the group first, or some old threads that are locked by moderators.

If you are asking about the Member to Member board, only certified eBay mentors can respond to posts here.
