Who's delivering eBay pakages?

I just received an order from eBay. At night.
Some ex con gang banger in his personal car with his wife and kids threw it in my mailbox. The package says WalMart.
When I walked out he was very rude calling my 'homie' and 'Stop acting like a cop'.

I have an alarm on my mailbox because I have had mail stolen and run over in the past.

What's going on here? Why isn't this delivered with USPS delivery?

@azrayro   You can actually file a not received refund request since there is no tracking to show delivery.

This bad seller is using a shopping service to pick up items and deliver them from your local Walmart.   This is not something that eBay recommends sellers do and they do but they can't stop it from happening. 

You can leave appropriate feedback or file a refund request.

Well the seller did a drop ship from Walmart and it was delivered by who ever Walmart chose to do the shipping.

It has a tracking number.

@azrayro   If it is damaged in anyway then you can return it for a refund.  Other than that leave appropriate feedback.
