I sell sticker packs and ship them in a 5×7 mylar mailer. My label maker is 4×6 and they fit perfectly on the back of my mailers. The only thing is that around 20% would have problems getting scanned in at the post office. She would have to concentrate on the small square in the corner and I assume that the delivery drivers have the same issue. I recently downsized the label to a 3×5.1 inch label and I have had 100% success with the tracking updating. I believe that it could help someone else with the same frustration is all.
