Who do I contact about fake item seller with stolen account?

Hi,

I find fakes all the time, and usually but not always, they are being sold on fake accounts.

What is there to do about this? Is there a place where I can report suspected fakes or suspected stolen accounts?

@fireintheskymeteorites   On the listing there is a report item link on the right-hand side.  You can report the listing as listing practices> fraudulent if it's something you're sure about. 

Or you can report the account if it's hijacked.

Then use the report seller button> violated one of eBay's policies> other and say in the box what's going on.
