All I get is the STUPID automated assistant, and it is INCAPABLE of resolving my issue. There is NO option on the alleged "support" page to chat with a live agent or receive a phone call. What the hell......

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link:

Okay, "experienced users", why was my listing removed as being a counterfeit item, when it is in fact an officially licensed product? It is not counterfeit.
The Help & Contact pages do NOT have "chat with an agent" or "call back" options. If they did, don't you think I'd be talking with an agent instead of posting here???
I did try entering "agent" in the chat window. My topic isn't listed, so I choose one randomly just so I can get to a live agent. (It's a STUPID automated assistant!) There is no "Still need help?" or "More options" choice.
I'm not new to eBay, I've been here nearly 30 years. I do know how to contact support - when the options are provided correctly on the site pages! That is the issue - the option is GONE!
At Amazon I would have already been talking with a live agent by now, probably even had my issue resolved by now. eBay has become very pathetic over the last several years.

Thanks for the link! That actually got me to a real person! (I have bookmarked it.)

You are welcome -- good luck!
Be very careful with removed listings; listing an item that has been removed is very risky even if you think you know why it was removed and you have changed the listing to comply with policy. If it was caught once, it is likely to be caught again, and there are penalties for relisting items that have been removed. Even if a customer service rep tells that your item is not in violation of policy, that may not help you if your account is subsequently suspended.
