I found it on Google by searching for eBay Mexico.

Here is a list of sites, but as Mexico isn't on it, it may not be up to date or all inclusive:

Click on the eBay logo at top left of this and other ebay.com pages.   Scroll to the very bottom of the page and in the bottom right corner is a box with the US flag, click on it and it brings up links to all the country sites.  In my browser (Chrome) I can hover over a link and read the URL at the bottom left of the window.
