I have found help on just about every topic you can think of, except for the one that tends to be the most helpful (to eBay). I find it frustrating that a company that has been in business so long does not see the value in making “report a bug” easily accessible on their platform!
If anyone from eBay is reading this, I have noticed the app is hanging since the last update after I attempt to do certain things. As an example, it hung when I attempted to favorite a seller. It looks like the “Subscribe” tab is popping up twice after I do this. The first one pops up and I slide it away. Then a second one shows up briefly and then closes on its own. After that it seems like the app is waiting for feedback, but I cannot do anything because the tab is gone. The only solution is to restart, but when I do that it loses any tracking info from my last session (e.g., the recent items do not update so I have to search to find them again).

@tjgti App issues are best reported on the app boards as eBay staff does monitor those boards.
Many mobile app issues can be solved by updating to the latest version of the eBay mobile app. Uninstall the current app. Turn your device off, then back on. Reinstall the eBay mobile app.
If that does not help...
Questions about the various apps that are available, are best answered in the Discussion boards. There is a board for iOS (Apple) and another for Android.

These boards do have eBay associates who are monitoring the posts.
You can help them answer your questions by adding to your post,
1) the device,
2) the OS version your device is using,
3) the version of the App you are having difficulty with,
4) the issue you are experiencing.
